Once approved to recruit workers under the PALM scheme, employers can access workers to fill unskilled, low-skilled, or semi-skilled positions for seasonal jobs (up to 9 months) or for jobs between one and 4 years. 360 Consulting guides employers through the application and fulfilment processes.
Alternatively for employers who do not wish to go through the application and sponsorship processes, 360 Consulting partners with “turnkey” labour hire companies to provide workers for these businesses. Recruitment, employer obligations and HR are managed from beginning to end. All the business receives is a monthly invoice.
